1. Custom made furniture has an average of 8 to 10 weeks of production. During this time, we aim to manufacture furniture for you that is custom to your space and design language.
2. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a production drawing of your selected furniture, additionally a swatch of your sample and finish will be directly sent you at your registered address. 
   
   If you have more than one item, your delivery will be scheduled together, if you wish to schedule your items as per availability, contact us at help@homecouturecollective.com.
   
   
3. Once your orders are shipped, you will receive a call from our shipper 24 hours before.
4. Your items will be delivered to your door steps and within 24 hours they will be installed
5. Once your order is installed, you will receive and order delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your installation.
