Which locations do you deliver to?
We deliver Pan India. If a specific location is not deliverable, our team will inform you beforehand and we will take care of any necessary refunds.
How can I find out about the warranty for my products?
We are committed to delivering the best experience to our customers. If a customer does have any queries about defects/breakage/returns or quality issues it will be looked at on a case-to-case basis and we assure the best possible resolution to all issues.
Do I have to pay for delivery and installation?
Delivery will be charged extra depending on the location being delivered to, these charges are all as per actual as charged by our courier partners. Installation charges are not applicable as long as you are in one of our serviceable locations. Delivery, installation, and clean-up after the delivery process are on us.

Placed – The order has been placed by you and confirmed by us.
Ready To Ship – The order is checked for quality and packed carefully, ready to dispatch.
Shipped – The order has been shipped from the HCC warehouse to a delivery centre near you. Once it reaches the delivery center HCC team will contact you to schedule an exact time and date for delivery suitable to you.
Out for Delivery – The order is dispatched from our delivery centre to your location.
Installation Pending - This means that the product(s) is delivered to your location and our installation team will visit to install the product.
Delivered – The order is successfully delivered and installed.
Can I place a custom order?
We at HCC do accept custom orders, unlike any other furniture website. All you have to do
is drop us an email regarding what you want and our team will get back to you ASAP to discuss the same with you.
How can I place a bulk order?
For bulk orders please contact us via email explaining your item, order, and any customisation you require and we will get back to you on the same.
How long will delivery take to my location?
Depending on the location and the type of product you choose our team provides you a delivery time. Apart from this, Our delivery time ranges from a minimum of 5 working days to a maximum of 10 working days.
Do you provide design or design consultation?
Yes, we do provide design consultation and in fact, are well experienced and qualified in designing. We work with customers on not only designing spaces but also on customizing products for your homes. Terms and conditions for designing are mentioned in the website itself.
